How do I fix a leaky faucet?

A leaky faucet can be fixed by visting our page on sink repair or by visiting the moen site and watching the videos.

A furnace filter can be chnaged by simple folowing the steps found on our Furnace Air Filter page.

 

How do I fix a toilet?

Simple toilet repairs can be handled by visitng the moen site. If you cannot complete the work yourself then you should fill out a Mainteneace work order.

How do I deal with a a problem neighbour at West Hills?

If ever I have a problem with a neighbour. I should remember first and foremost that I live in at West Hills Co-op and all matters MUST be dealt with in a community minded spirit. That said, West Hills has a Member Realtions Policy and Committtee to deal with just such problems. Your shoudl first attempt to deal with the member yourself in the most positive manner possible. The next step would be to consult the Member Realtions Policy.

 

What happens if I get behind in my housing charges at West Hills?

At West Hills we have a Payment Policy which you should consul. Some of the process is outlined there mut a clearer picture is presented in the Arrears Flow Chart.

What is a performance agreement?

A performance agreement is simply an agreement between you and the co-op whereby you make your regular housing charges plus some portion of arrears until you are brought up to "current" status. This agreement is worked out mutually between you and the Fianance Committee. The details are not known to anyone except you and that committee.

 

Where do I get a work order?

A maintenance work order can be obtained online, or picked up at the office.
